Dear Electronics Colleague:
Recently I had the pleasure of watching all stripes of politicians get lampooned by the "The Capitol Steps", a song and acting comedy ensemble from DC who rarely get to Chicago. See one of their hilarious sketches here.
We also were privileged to see Steve Winwood as he and his tight band plucked through classic Traffic, Spencer Davis Group and Blind Faith tunes. Great show!

For those customers in the Detroit area, including neighboring Cleveland, Toledo, Toronto and Northeast IN, we invite you to train closer to your "home". Trivia Contest

Ward Boldon of Universal Electronics was the first to answer last month's trivia question regarding the song "Purple People Eater" and what it has in common with Stormtroopers. The answer was Sheb Wooley the originator of the "Wilhelm Scream". There were a total of 15 people entered for the lightsaber drawing from last month.
In anticipation of the new Star Wars movie (see the latest trailer from the Force Awakens here) being released, we will continue to offer Star Wars prizes for all of the monthly winners tis year. This month it is a set of Star Wars charms. At the end of the year, all winners (right answer within (1) day of the question coming out, not just that months' winner) will be eligible to win a working light saber.
