INSPECTION OF ELECTRONICS

 

BEST can provide x-ray inspection of electronic assemblies as our trained technicians have daily hands on inspection of complex electronics. These skilled inspectors know how to manipulate the x-ray and analyze the images, documenting and nootating comments on the images, reporting back the findings.

 

 

BEST can provide PCB and electronics inspection services per industry inspection standards. We can provide IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 as well as IPC 6012 inspection of printed circuit boards, finished assemblies and wire harnesses. In many cases we act as the "referee" inspector providing a 3rd party opinion on acceptance or rejection including process indicator conditions. Since we teach the standards, are active on the committees defining the standards we are well-suited to make these calls.
