3 Kinds of Web-based Training Options
- Small Numbers of Users (less than 15)
- You email the names and email addresses of the trainees to BEST.
- BEST emails you and/or each of the trainees their Training login information.
- Upon receiving the login information, the trainee accesses the online
training via web browser.
- Hosted Solution for Larger Numbers
- BEST sets up a custom site for your trainees A service fee applies for the set-up.
- You have direct administrative access to your site for registering students and
for regulating their access, reviewing their results and time spent using the
training module.
- Large Number of Users / Customized Installation
- We customize the material for your requirements, and either host the site for you
or package the material to AICC or SCORM requirements for hosting on your own
Web servers.

- Broadband Internet connection (DSL , fixed wireless, cable , ISDN)
- Windows XP, 9x, 2K, ME or UNIX
- Internet Explorer 5.01 or more recent
- Compatible with industry standard LMSs (SCORM or AICC)
- Video and audio media optimized for Web delivery @ 128K or better
Internet Training Computer Requirments
Minimum Student Requirements:
- Internet connection, High speed recommended (DSL, cable or ISDN 128, depending
on course content.)
- Platforms: Windows 9x/NT/ME/2000/XP, Mac, Linux and Unix
- Browser: Explorer 5.01 (or greater), or Netscape 4.7. (Explorer 5.5 is recommended)
- Flash 5 or greater plug-in
- JavaScript and Cookies enabled
- 16 bit colour, 800 x 600 resolution (Explorer) 1024x768 (Netscape)
- Audio card, speakers or headphones
- 233MMX megahertz minimum, 300MMX megahertz recommended
- 32 MB RAM minimum, 64 MB RAM recommended
- 25 to 50 MB of available disk cache space (depends on course size)
Minimum Administrator Requirements
- High speed Internet connection (DSL, cable, ISDN 128) (High Speed required for
content upload/preview and will depend on course content)
- Platforms: Windows 9x/NT/ME/2000/XP, Linux and Unix
- Browser: Explorer 5.5+
- Flash 6 or greater plug-in
