BGA Profiling

This one day engineering level course is structured to teach the student how to program sequences and profiles utilizing a BGA Rework System and its software. A basic explanation of convective heating principles, the use of thermal coupling devices, and system navigation is covered. During this course, a profile for a company specific product can be developed. Practical application sessions will be conducted to test the students understanding of the material.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• K-type thermocouples
• Thermocouple bonding material
• Company specific assembly

This is a 1-day, combination hands-on, lecture and practical “observation” course which teaches students the basic processes for BGA profiling. Each candidate who successfully completes the training and examination will receive the following materials:

• BEST BGA Profiling Certificate of Completion
