This Tension™ material appear to be better or equal to ultra fine grain, nano-coated high frame tension stencils. (APEX 2017). This same study concluded high tension material outperformed nano-coated small grain structure stainless for a variety of component sizes. In summary this study indicated that the high tension stencil material provided the most consistent and best print volume performance.
