Custom Solder Training

Recently
BEST provided customized wires and terminal solder training for a
manufacturer of HV switchgear. The user came to BEST and claimed that
the reject rate was 40% on some connector hand soldering operations.
Our instructor spent several days developing a new process and
subsequently developed a new resistance soldering technique for
the customer which lowered the reject rate to less than 3%. Find out

StencilMate(TM)
Simplifies QFN Rework
These rework "bumping" stencils simplify the replacement of leadless
device packages such as LGAs, QFNs and others. StencilMate™ stencils
are manufactured to your exact specifications with the data taken
from your device data sheet. The stencil is cut using a laser and is matched to your
special device requirements. The stencil is aligned to the prepped
device and reflowed. After reflow, the stencil is simply peeled away and
the device cleaned. Now this bumped device can be placed by other
conventional means or aligned using the mating StencilMate™ stencil
