	EZReball(TM) Solder Reballing Preforms


There are several compelling reasons why you should begin using these preforms to reball your devices :
This method is clean. There are no messy paper remnants to wipe away. Peel the preform away and clean the flux off of the bottom of the device. The method is fast . The preforms are cut such that they can be "squared up" to the package being reballed using the edges of the package for alignment, thereby eliminating the need to mechanically fixture a reballing tool to the device. This means you can reball the devices much more quickly!
The EZReball(TM) packaging includes a QC stencil along with each package of preforms. This allows you to easily check for 100% ball placement as well as facilitating faster rework of single balls.
The EZReball(TM) preform can accommodate ball diameters below 14 mils. BEST has reballed devices using the EZReball(TM) preform with solder balls as small as 12mils in diameter with a 0.5mm pitch!

	LASER Services Make for Accurate Rework

Laser micromachining in the electronics industry requires that materials are either cut through, partially cut through, scored or marked in a very precise and repeatable fashion. BEST has the capability to precisely machine your PCB assemblies and components for marking, rework or production requirements.

BEST's LASER tool has a custom-built laser micromachining system with a broad range of capabilities. Its source is a 9.3 micron CO2 laser galvanometer based beam delivery system. Feature sizes down to 150 microns are possible with this system.

FIRST is a program, founded in 1989, for youth involving robotics and LEGOs that was to inspire young people's interest in science and technology. BEST is participating locally in this organization by sponsoring a team-the Solar Monkeys. Dean Kamen, the founder of the organization stated it's purpose this way. The First LEGO League (will) transform our culture by creating a world where science and technology are celebrated and where young people dream of becoming science and technology heroes."
The mission of the program is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering and technology skills, that inspire innovation and foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication and leadership.

	LED XMAS Ornament


Evil Mad Scientists Laboratory has come up with some cool Christmas tree electronic ornaments. When the neighbors ask where they can buy them you can answer with, I made them!
